Lego announced a BTS release a few days ago. BigHit or HYBE did not create BTS. It's a feature of Lego Ideas, which allows anyone to vote on and propose set designs. "Dynamite" was designed by Josh, a 20-year-old designer from Indiana, and Jacob, a 21-year-old New Yorker and BTS fan. Lego accepted it after 10,000 views on Ideas.
"Josh conducted the building and design work, and as a great BTS fan, I directed him what needed to be in it, what details were most important," according to a Lego press statement.
"Jacob has Superb knowledge, and he was able to direct my build in the suitable approach," Josh explained. I watched the music video a lot in order to mimic its passion with Legos.
The BTS "Dynamite" Lego kit will be available for purchase on the Lego website and in-stores in early March 2023 for US$99.99 (£89.99/€99.99).
